Saradomin Godwars Mage Guide

Guide to Saradomin Godwars


First off, the most important thing to Saradomin Godwars is what style of combat you'll need, in this guide, I'd recommend Magic as this is the most efficient and longest lasting method to killing Commander Zilyanna and her minions.

For your inventory I would highly recommend bringing 1-4 OVERLOAD flasks, depending on how long you want to stay, then match it with the same amount of PRAYER RENEWAL flasks, you're also going to need ICE BARRAGE runes, these runes are 5x Water Rune and 2x Blood Rune per cast, on top of this I would recommend a BONECRUSHER, now this is only optional but will help in the long run, I'll tell you why at the bottom of this guide. Now you're also going to need a few SUPER PRAYER or PRAYER flasks, this is so you can last as long as you possibly can. Also if you're bringing a familiar to hold items, I would recommend anywhere between 2-4 extra pouches and fill it up completely with SUPER PRAYER or PRAYER flasks, don't forget your SUPER RESTORE flasks to summon another familiar.

Now for your setup, you'll need something to increase your Magic Accuracy, and you'll also need a decent defense setup depending on your budget..

Completionist Cape, Max Cape, God Cloak (from Mage Arena), Soulwars Cloak

Weapon
Note: This can vary between 2 hand or shield/book + a wand
Virtus Wand->Ahrim's Wand->Chaotic Staff->Armadyl Battlestaff->Staff of Light

Shield
If you decided to use a wand I'd recommend using a Farseer Kiteshield or an Arcane Spirit Shield

Ring
Onyx Ring (I), Seer's Ring (I), Sixth Age Circuit, Seer's Ring

Aura
Vampyrism, Penance

Amulet
Demon Horn Necklace (This is to go with BoneCrusher), this will keep your Prayer points up each time you kill one of the minions or Zilyanna
